たとえば、缶コーヒーのＣＭをつくるとして、
缶コーヒーをグイっと飲んで、うまい！じゃなくて、
缶コーヒーをグイっと飲むとき、「人は上を向いて飲む」
という発見をしたとします。
そうすると、落ち込んでる人がいて、缶コーヒーは
ただ美味しいのではなく、「上を向かせてくれるドリンク」という
コンセプトがつくれます。そうするとストーリーができてきます。
